I was big on General Hospital at the time I wrote this...

In case you can't read the note "from" Rosetti and Valentino, it reads, "Dr.a Booma, Wea decideda toa takea aa vacationa ina thea Bahamas. Havea funa ina Washington D.C.a. Rosettia anda Valentinoa."

"The I.A." refers to the Insane Asylum. The Men in White Coats are always, rather indiscriminately, trying to capture the rest of the characters and incarcerate them as mentally ill, even though most of these "mental patients" are smarter than their keepers! This thread of the storyline bears only the slightest relationship to everything else that's going on, because Soaker had been working for Stingpin before he was captured. Soaker, of course, is a parody of Batman's enemy the Joker, and Mr. Queeze is based on Mr. Freeze. Hands Duo, the guy in blue, is a member of a group of space travelers called The Centranauts, who appeared in an earlier Spider-Hag story.
